Refund Eligibility
Refunds or returns are applicable only under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
You notify us within 7 days of receiving the product
The product is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition and packaging
” Please note: Natural, organic, and handmade products may have slight variations in color, texture, or shape. These are normal and not considered defects. “
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds and returns are not applicable for:
Customized or made-to-order items
Perishable organic products (such as groceries or plants)
Items purchased during sales, clearance, or promotional offers
Gift cards or vouchers
How to Request a Refund or Return
To request a refund or return:
Contact our customer support with your order number
Share clear photos or videos showing the issue (damage, defect, or wrong item)
Our team will review your request and inform you of approval status
Once approved, the refund will be processed.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Processing time: 7–10 business days after approval
Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, return shipping costs will be covered by VJ Garden Boutique
